To launch a new online gambling project, we invite to our Kiev office Affiliate Manager.
We expect from you:
At least 1+ year direct experience in media buying or managing affiliate networks, ideally in gambling, fintech or financial offers
Knowledge of how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers
Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
Ability to develop strong working relationships from zero and effectively close the deals Strong technical background and experience with integration various affiliate platforms
Fluent or upper intermediate language ability in English
Will be a plus:
Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management
Fluent ability in one of the following languages: German, Spanish
What will you do:
Search and recruit new affiliates in order to establish new opportunities and maximize relationships
Set and then exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, profit margin and growth and help affiliates do the same
Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend
Provide account management support to existing campaigns including but not limited to: postbacks, API integration, creative and technical updates
Manage the day to day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaign and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed
Ensure compliance guidelines are followed according to federal and state regulations, analyzing potential risks to any violation (для белых рынков!)
Provide insight on new opportunities, business trends and challenges or concerns related to affiliate accounts.
