Head of IT department

Job requirements:

• 5+ years successful experiences in a similar position, leadership skills.
•  
• Proven experience in management of a team responsible for IT SW development, ERP systems, applications and infrastructure
•  
• Experience in supporting complex infrastructure 24/7 (Terminal servers, Database servers, Data storage, Virtualization systems, Linux Server Line, PC fleet 500+, Network equipment, VPN, Extensive branch network).
•  
• Experience in managing IT projects.
•  
• Experience with Service Desk (Help Desk) systems.
•  
• Experience in creating and managing IT budget.
•  
• Knowledge of Apache, IIS web servers and MS SQL database server.
•  
• Knowledge and ability to work in MS Project and MS Visio.
•  
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
•  
• Knowledge of Access control systems, CCTV, classic and VoIP telephony.
•  
• Knowledge of English at upper intermediate or fluent level and ability to pass an interview in English.
•  
• Understanding the work of wholesale / retail networks and logistics.
•  
• Experience to work in the matrix organization and in international environment will be an advantage

Responsibility:

• Strategic planning and operational management of the IT department, which includes subdivisions of system administrators, software developers and ERP support.
•  
• Support for the existing ERP MS Dynamics NAV, performance optimization, customization for business requirements.
•  
• IT infrastructure support (20+ servers, 1000+ PCs and other devices, 300+ RF Data collection terminals, 40+ PBX, 40+ CCTV, data channels and network equipment).
•  
• Creation and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in new branches or warehouses of the company, including Access control, PBX, CCTV.
•  
• Participation in international projects of the Corporation.
•  
• Participation in the implementation of new WMS and ERP.
•  
• Participate in the company's digitization project.
•  
• Cost planning and IT budget management. Planning and control of purchases of the necessary equipment, software, and services. Holding tenders.
•  
• Interaction with external contractors and providers, work with contracts.
•  
• Proactive cooperation with key stakeholders (LKQ UA Business Tean, Regional LKQ IT organization, CEE IT Security and Compliance team)
•  
• Proactive participation in all relevant regional and Corporation IT meetings
