Customer Relationship Manager

CREDITWEST BANK- is the first Turkish bank in Ukraine, opened to provide quality services to Ukrainian and foreign customers.

We are looking for a hardworking and goal-oriented candidate to join our professional team of foreign Bank!

Key responsibilities:

• Searching and acquisition of clients - legal entities;
• Sale of the whole range of banking products- credits, deposits, cards etc.
• Further support of the client portfolio;
• Internal reporting.

Requirements:

• Personal qualities and skills: pro active sales skills. customer acquisition skills, communication and negotiation skills, result orientation, ability to establish contacts, presentable nice appearance
• Master degree in economics (management, finance, banking, accounting, marketing);
• English both speaking and writing at list Intermediate
• 5 years experience in banking, experience on similar position from 2 years, you need to have your own customer portfolio.
