We are currently looking for a Brand Manager, who will join our Marketing Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure brand OB targets implementation throughout the year via planned brand initiatives implementation and ad-hoc support set-up; 
  • Make brand strategy inputs in Portfolio commercial plan;
  • Organize and lead brand support campaigns development (incl. visibility toolbox; retail, consumer and employee engagement toolbox; brand activation across channels) with clear KPIs that will address strategic market needs, present developed brand campaigns to key stakeholders, get necessary approvals.
  • Ensure timely and in full scope brand support execution (organize and supervise production of materials, POSM, digital content), manage creative agency and third party suppliers.
  • Ensure close follow-up on brand campaign results: analyze brand KPIs, consumer response, follow-up on brand performance coherence with strategic goals and budget utilization in line with approved OB, RoF numbers
  • Contribute into product initiatives gate process; follow-up on key milestones and address necessary changes in deployment plans; 
  • On a regular basis analyze brand performance and brand perception; prepare highlights and action plans based on findings.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience 5+ years 
  • English - advanced (written and oral), Ukrainian/Russian - fluent
  • Understanding  a full chain of milestones of introducing new product on the market 
  • Advanced project management skills (experience of leading complex / long-term / cross-functional projects)
  • Good analytical skills (can work with big bulks of information, able to spot out key trends, insights and turn them into actions)
  • Good presentation skills (ability to put together concise, to-the-point business case with clear BPWATTS and solution supported with data and evidence)
  • Corporate values: Consumer at the core (understanding consumer profile, journey, needs, pain-points and how to adapt brand content to target audience), Agility (ability to adapt to changing environment and understand which plans should be corrected accordingly and act upon it), Critical thinking (ability to connect the dots, read behind data and fish-out insights)
  • Result driven, self-motivated, strong collaboration and communication skills
