Websites/E-commerce administrator

We are looking for Websites/E-commerce administrator (for European market) 

Experience/Skills:

Strong communication skills, organized, ability to work to fixed timelines and be responsible for meeting targets, open minded, analytical skills, multitasking. Fluent English is a must.   

Computer literate and web technologies experience: 

• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, FTP, browsers   
• Understanding of the disciplines required to create and place SEO content (keywords, titles, crosslinking, etc.)
• Advanced user of packages Excel and Photoshop  
• Experience of website or e-commerce CMS  
• Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics
• Experience in customer support
• Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context

Responsibilities:

•  Update product information and content on the website
•  Resize images for display on the website (using Photoshop)
•  Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
•  Manage website configuration & parameters
•  Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
•  Maintain daily reports to analyze the performance of key site metrics   
•  Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
•  Dealing with any customer inquiries related to products and services
•  Meet internal service levels for website activity and management
•  Collect and manage customers` reviews
•  Maintain coordination for ensuring timely delivery to customers
•  Ordering placement for the samples
