IT Resource Coordinator (Partnership Manager)

We build distributed/offshore client-tailored software development teams and deliver PoC and full-fledged market-ready solutions for FinTech/InsurTech, eCommerce, AI, Web, Mobile, Data analytics, and other domains.

Using a blend of long-term and short-term resources, we create a highly scalable and organic extension of an in-house software team, working to the same stack, the same KPIs and, most importantly, the same values our clients hold dear.

Currently, we are looking for an IT Resource Coordinator (Partnership Manager) to join our team.

What is required:

• At least 6 months of experience in searching for IT specialists;

• Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing sector will be a plus;

• Good knowledge of sourcing methods;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience;

• Proactive attitude;

• Strong networking skills;

• Ability to learn fast;

• Sales/negotiations experience as a plus;

• English Intermediate and higher

Key tasks that will wait for you:

• Search and selection of partners, contractors, and freelancers for contract work in IT development;

• Providing ad-hoc resources for IT projects;

• Maintain communication with IT recruitment agencies; 

• Work in cooperation with recruitment team;

• IT market research (available developers, companies news etc.);

• Work with subcontractors (agreements, reports, invoices and payment control); 

• Work with internal partnership database (expansion, update);

• Taking part in development activities. 

Work Schedule and location

Flexible: it is not necessary to sit out in the office from 09:00 to 18:00.
