Financial Controller

Mindy Teams (www.mindy-teams.com) is a part of international brand Mindy Support (BPO market leader in Ukraine, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning) with over 2000 people in 5 offices across Ukraine. Our clients are high-tech companies from Europe and the USA (Silicon Valley). We are providing for data annotation services for artificial intelligence training. Also provide the services of customer support, technical support, sales outsourcing and marketing functions.

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our inhouse team in Kyiv. The Gross Margin Controller will be in your subordination. You will report to the Financial Manager and CFO.

You will: 

• Assessment of financial indicators;

• Formulation of the financial model;

• Development of the management reporting (P&L, BS, CF);

• Participation in Planning & Budgeting (including analysis);

• Income and cost review of the projects;

• Gross margin analysis;

• Researching and collecting data, and preparing reports on demand.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting. 

• +3 years experience in international companies (Big 4) in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, management accounting; 

• IFRS and Financial system knowledge; 

• Experience in 1C - 8.0, Xero, Power BI, Microsoft office, Google Docs;

• Good understanding of accounting and tax legislation (Ukraine / European jurisdictions);

• Strong analytical and critical thinking;

• Upper-Intermediate English (writing, reading).
