In this role, you will:

Support C&B Team Lead, Eastern Europe, in providing Compensation & Benefits tools within his particular area of responsibility in order to ensure the changing business environment and enable Mondelez to attract, retain and motivate its employees with the appropriate level of competitiveness across the Country/Region/Global.

Coordinate C&B related HR processes/activities and provide professional C&B support to Country/Unit Line Managers and HR Managers to apply Companies C&B Policies, Practices and Guidelines in a consistent way.

Profile requirements:

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in HR area (preferred at least 1 year in C&B) with multi-national FMCG environment/Company having mature HR function
  • Awareness of modern HR practices and processes
  • Knowledge of C&B practices and processes
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Communication skills, high emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy. Ability to work both in a team and stand alone
  • Responsible and result oriented, ability to fully meet the deadlines
  • MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and others), as well as the ability to use other office equipment
  • Advanced English
