Role

Clario Customer Services is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter who is interested to work in a multitasking environment, with a positive attitude and strong team-playing skills!

What you will be doing:

• Recruiting activities for assigned Clario projects / products

• Full recruitment cycle with external and internal candidates

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships, cooperate with team leads and managers

• Taking part in other Recruiting Department activities and projects

What you need for this position:

• B2+ English level;

• Deep understanding of recruiting process, methodologies of searching and evaluating;

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience;

• excellent communication and presentation skills;

• ability to learn and adapt fast;

• strong analytical skills and attention to the details;

• Result and service orientation.

Because of quarantine, there has been provided a remote work at Clario. Once the quarantine is finished, all the employees are to return to a traditional office environment.
