Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Pre preferably work in Game Development;
  • Experience in managing a team of 7+ people;
  • Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
  • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation;
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary;
  • Advanced English.

Responsibilities:

  • Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
  • Implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business;
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
  • Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets;
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
  • Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
