Back Office specialist

Avaz group is looking for a Back Office Manager for the Axes company.

Axes financial and monetary intermediary in the conduct of financial and monetary brokerage business for the sale and purchase of currencies and intermediating in money market transactions.

Now we are looking for talents in Ukraine for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks).
• Customer service and correspondence. Processing and activating new accounts.
• Back Office operations and processing transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits).
• Updating and entering client account information in the system.
• In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and the Company as well as maintaining constructive relationships.
• Client-related administration and account opening.
• Assisting compliance with the processing of Know-Your Client documentation.

Requirements

• Higher / incomplete education in economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, or other related fields (we are looking for students starting from the 3rd course)
• Working experience in a financial institution will be a plus
• English language - B2 and higher
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• A genuine interest in the financial markets
