HR generalist

French IT-company is looking for the HR Generalist to drive HR activities and recruit best talents for our challenging projects.

Requirements:- 2+years experience in HR and recruiting;
- full-cycle recruitment (searching, interviewing, providing feedback);
- finding active and passive candidates;
- building long-term relationships with candidates;
- IT job market analysis of salary;
- multi-location Recruitment for offices: Ukraine, Belarus;
- onboarding/offboarding, adaptation;
- experience in implementation of HR activities;
- understanding how to analise HR metriсs;
- experience how to build HR strategy;
- English Intermediate;

Additional skills:
- ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your own tasks and priorities;
- ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring;
- ability to work in multitasking mode;
