Your main responsibilities will be:
- Take care of our guys & guests, manage supplies and office equipment (like a coffee machine)
- Arrange bookings & business trips, order food, research information, content creation for social media profiles, help with corporate events, deal with different administrative tasks, etc.
- Organizing company events, buying presents, arrange office decoration.
- Keep office organized and beautiful
- Manage suppliers, cleaners.
- Make sure that office is cosy place for people who is working in it.
