Country Office Representative (Agronomy, Crop Protection)

For our client, an international company (crop science industry) we are looking for Country Office Representative (Crop Protection) to join the company’s regional EMEA team and act as a single contributor in the country.

Key functions:

• Develop the country office portfolio by managing marketing, sales and business development functions.
• Participate in development and execute the company products expansion and consolidation plan (field trials, training sessions)
• Serve as technical focal point for specific products and crops
• Oversee registration of new products according to local regulatory requirements
• Maintain a local database
• Cooperate with local distributors
• Provide agronomic support and training to the partners and key accounts
• Launch marketing activities for product positioning, messaging, and representing the company at relevant events and activities
• Support new product launches
• Provide reporting to EMEA Office and HQ.

Key requirements:

• Higher education in agriculture/biology/chemistry
• Extensive practical experience in agronomy in the crop protection industry
• Prior experience in trials/marketing/sales/business development
• Strong technical aptitude, including ability to synthesize and interpret agronomic data and design effective trials
• Experience with international companies
• Commercial attitude and good communication skills
• Fluent English, in addition to Ukrainian and/or Russian
