Lead .Net Software Engineer

 DESCRIPTION 

Our client is a global company that provides information, software, and services. Their customers are legal, business, tax, accounting, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and healthcare professionals.

The project is the program to expand product and platform capabilities in the Community Bank Credit Union market into new content sets across multiple product workflows to achieve product superiority with an enhanced user interface and modular content solution. The project is a brand-new lending Platform based on the latest technologies, approaches and architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Make estimates and communicate with the client to keep on-track with development timelines
• Take a key role in software design and development
• Participate to the development of a new application from scratch based on the ASP.NET Core and Angular 11
• Ability to plan a work for the team with 7+ members (3-4 developers, 2 QAs, PO), monitor tasks' implementation, and provide feedback to Management
• Implement new BE microservices from the scratch
• Manage Tech Debt

• CI/CD - Azure DevOps, Octopus
• Microservice architecture
• Azure: CosmosDB, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Service Fabric, Azure Storage
• ASP.NET Core 3.1
• Testing - xunit, FluentAssertions, Moq
• Logs - nlog, App Dynamics, ELK + Splunk
• FE - Angular 11, TypeScript, Ngrx

 REQUIREMENTS 

• Proven expertise in .NET development (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core)
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD
• Experience in microservice architecture
• Experience of working with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core (Code First, Migrations)
• Basic experience HTML/CSS
• Good knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with SAFe
• Experience of message queuing technology (i.e. RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Basic experience of Azure Could stack: CosmosDB, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Service Fabric, Azure Storage
• Experience in Angular11+/TypeScript
