ByteAnt is looking for Customer Success Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Level of English, verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Outstanding multi-task task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
- Strong teamwork, & cross-group collaboration skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements
- Understanding of typical IT solutions and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Meeting our company values and code of conduct (see below)
EXPARIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Degree in business, economics, management or related field of study
- 1+ exprience of work as customer success manager or account manager
- Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
- Proven record and experience of meeting the above KPIs for the probation period
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintainig customer and ex-customer database
- Maintaining customer reviews and surveys database
- Work with marketing and run ex-customer norturing campaigns
- Design and implement customer satisfaction program
- Report on customer satisfaction KPIs, reviews and surveys Lead
- Implement automated customer billing system
- Publish customer reviews on the website and on platforms, like clutch
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to implement customer lifecycle improvements
- Conduct team trainings for customer facing employees
- Monitor and report on customer upsale opportunities
- Design and implement customer retention and reward program
