ByteAnt is looking for Customer Success Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Level of English, verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Outstanding multi-task task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
  • Strong teamwork, & cross-group collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements
  • Understanding of typical IT solutions and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Meeting our company values and code of conduct (see below)

EXPARIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Degree in business, economics, management or related field of study
  • 1+ exprience of work as customer success manager or account manager
  • Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base
  • Proven record and experience of meeting the above KPIs for the probation period

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintainig customer and ex-customer database
  • Maintaining customer reviews and surveys database
  • Work with marketing and run ex-customer norturing campaigns
  • Design and implement customer satisfaction program
  • Report on customer satisfaction KPIs, reviews and surveys Lead
  • Implement automated customer billing system
  • Publish customer reviews on the website and on platforms, like clutch
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to implement customer lifecycle improvements
  • Conduct team trainings for customer facing employees
  • Monitor and report on customer upsale opportunities
  • Design and implement customer retention and reward program
