Senior Account manager

EIS is looking for smart, dynamic, and intuitive people to join our growing team of insurance technology professionals and industry experts. And now we are in search of a Senior Account manager for the global Financial team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3-year experience 
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership and follow-through
• Experience in working with accounting systems such as FinancialForce and Quickbooks is desirable
• Attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
• Experienced with all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly financial statements closing process, including, but not limited to preparation of reporting packages, sub-ledger accounts reconciliation files
• Responsible for recording, analyzing, and interpreting financial transactions
• Reviewing journal entries in the Accounting system performed by other Team members
• Maintain Payroll Recognition, Sales Commission Recognition, and other various processes in the accounting system
• Analyze expense trends utilizing strong accounting knowledge
• Active participation in preparing and providing information during external audits and tax returns
• Active participation in accounting systems implementation
