Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Amazing Apps is an IT product company. We create mobile applications in the Health & Fitness segment, also we develop other segments too. Today we have 15+ products in our portfolio that are used by millions of people around the world.

We are currently looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist with strong analytical skills and accuracy level. 

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Maintaining accuracy data (payroll, compensation adjustments, other compensation payments based on company policies and processes).

• Coordinating PE documents flow for remote staff (collecting service acceptance acts, communication with remote staff).

• Close collaboration with the accounting team. 

• Participating in implementation and maintenance of company total rewards policies and processes (benefit programs, learning, wellness activities, etc.).

• Assistance in other HR projects as deem appropriate.

Your professional qualities:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Finance, HR management)

• 1+ year of experience on C&B Specialist or Payroll Accountant positions 

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Google Docs

• Experience in any HR system 

• English - Intermediate level
