What KOTRA does?

The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is a state-funded trade and investment promotion organization, which was established in 1962. Since then, it has successfully facilitated Korea's rapid economic development through various trade promotion activities such as overseas market surveys, SME export promotion, trade info services, foreign investment in Korea, and business matchmaking.

Our office, KOTRA Kyiv, is one of the KOTRA's 125 overseas branches and has been engaging the Ukrainian business community since 1998. Also, KOTRA Kyiv has performed the function as the commercial section of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine.

Now we are looking for a Marketing Manager (Research & Projects).

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Support and Development in various fields;
• Execute Market Research for Korean business;
• Cooperate with the Korean and Ukrainian companies;
• Cooperate with international financial institutions, Ministries, and NGO's;
• Inviting Ukrainian companies, communication with them via phone/email;
• Assistance in the organization of B2B meetings;
• Provide assistance to the team members;
• Perform other related duties as required;

Requirements

• Master's in economics, business, or trade (preferable);
• Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Research;
• Previous work experience as an event or manager assistant will be an advantage
• Master' degree or equivalent in Business / Economics/ Management
• Experience of working in international projects (preferable)
• Upper-Intermediate English verbal and written skills. Knowledge of Korean will be a plus
• Proactive, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and applications
