Системный администратор (IT company)

We are looking for responsible individual who will become a part of the IT team, which supports services for office-based users and the JIRA environment.  

Skills:

• Experience with Windows\Mac\Linux operation systems
• Understanding of virtualization technologies
• Experience with VPN solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technically and technically minded end-users from different countries
• Willingness to learn new skills
• English - pre-intermediate or higher

Responsibilities: 

As a Sys admin (70%):

• Set-up-ing workplaces on Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu for employees
• Installing and configure hostings for sites/landing pages
• Installing and configure Wordpress with addons/plugins
• And resolve other small tasks as help desk

As a Jira master (30%):

• Provide User Management and support for 140+ local and remote users
• Create and manage security schemes, permission schemes and configurations
• Manage and administer JIRA/Confluence/Gitlab add-ons, plugins (like AIO Reports), and other extensions
• Document results of JIRA workflows and process audits
• Develop guides and documentation for JIRA features and best practices
