About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing user acquisition across multiple channels;

  • Experience with a hyper-casual games

  • Ability to hire, develop and coach a high-performing team of professionals;

  • Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results and predicting the future impact on business processes;

  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation;

  • 2+ years of media buying experience with a strong track record of successful results;

  • Experience with launching Adwords, Facebook, Apple Search Ads for mobile apps;

  • High analytical skills with attention to details;

  • Great communication skills, team-player.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage an effective user acquisition team to drive new growth across a wide range of products (mobile and game dev);

  • Use your outstanding management and team-building skills to coach and mentor members of your team on the best practices for creating, managing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across all desired channels (e.g. Adwords, Facebook, Apple Search Ads etc);

  • Manage and allocate user-acquisition budget and find a balance between driving user growth and experimenting with new channels. We want to see efficient channel  growth and a decrease in acquisition costs over time;

  • Help launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for your teammates;

  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaigns and channel performance;

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics;

  • Work with product teams to define various objectives across all campaigns.
