Senior Associate in Compliance Practice

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Compliance Practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participating in local and regional projects in Eurasia as a member of Compliance team;
•  
• Implementation and evaluation of antibribery compliance programs per foreign and local regulatory requirements;
•  
• Development of business efficiency solutions in the area of corporate governance;
•  
• Participating in Due Diligence;
•  
• Implementation of compliance practices in foreign investments projects in the region; 
•  
• Launch of corporate antifraud programs;
•  
• Framing of sanctions' compliance programs;
•  
• Improving the efficiency of Legal and Compliance departments;
•  
• Advising senior corporate managers on risk management and implementation of internal control systems;
•  
• Developing training materials for companies on compliance and antifraud.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in law is a must. LLM from the US/UK University is an advantage;
•  
• Not less than 10 years of work experience in reputable local/international law firm or company;
•  
• Relevant experience in compliance;
•  
• Fluent English is a must;
•  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
•  
• Good team player;
•  
• Independent decision-making;
•  
• Solutions oriented person.
