Tasks:
- Set-up of new projects: review employment agreements, and other HR documents; employment procedure finalization.
- Manage assigned projects: monthly payroll run (checking salary, bonuses, additional benefits, expenses et.), preparation of payroll breakdowns and invoices.
- Provide immigration support if applicable (work permit, residence permit, visas).
- Communication with clients, partners, vendors, and employees.
- Accounts payable/accounts receivable management.
- Research and provide information on local legislations on a regular basis.
- Work with internal CRM.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (Advanced level)
- Experience with payroll management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Finance/Economics/Legal professional background
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Good proficiency with Excel.
- Good typing skills
- Desire and ability to learn a new industry
