Account Manager, Global Payroll Specialist

Tasks:

  • Set-up of new projects: review employment agreements, and other HR documents; employment procedure finalization.
  • Manage assigned projects: monthly payroll run (checking salary, bonuses, additional benefits, expenses et.), preparation of payroll breakdowns and invoices.
  • Provide immigration support if applicable (work permit, residence permit, visas).
  • Communication with clients, partners, vendors, and employees.
  • Accounts payable/accounts receivable management.
  • Research and provide information on local legislations on a regular basis.
  • Work with internal CRM.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (Advanced level)
  • Experience with payroll management
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Finance/Economics/Legal professional background
  • Analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good proficiency with Excel.
  • Good typing skills
  • Desire and ability to learn a new industry
