Team Leader (Arabic market)

International online broker is looking for a talented specialist to fulfil the position of Team leader at Arabic market.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the financial markets more than 1 year
• Experience to manage a team of 4 persons and more — MUST
• Perfect Arabic — Native speaker — is a MUST
• Knowledge of English to communicate with the management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team/to teach
• Effective communication skills
• The experience of negotiating at various levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a team

Responsibilities:

• Setting, control and execution sales targets
• The function of control and influence on the result
• Control and motivate working process at Arabic sales
• Ability to apply effective motivational techniques to improve the performance of the teammates
• Management and analysis of financial results for each employee of the department
• Reporting to senior management
• Stress resistance, attentiveness.

Working conditions:

• Base salary 800-1000 + % (very high bonuses!)
