Job DescriptionScale-Clicks is seeking an affiliate manager with strong technical and people skills to join our business development team. We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual with outstanding analytical skills to work with our sales executives and clients to conduct analysis of new and mature accounts. 

This is a fantastic role for a disciplined professional that is interested in growing their career in the online advertising industry and working with cutting-edge technology on a proprietary platform. This role involves significant responsibility as well as variation in the types of questions and problems you will be facing each day. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interest in reporting, Internet technologies and optimizing pay-per-click marketing campaigns. Understand of online advertising such as Google AdSense and Facebook / Native / Mail is a big plus. The position is full time M-F 9:00-6:00 with benefits after an initial probationary period. Responsibilities: Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenueSeeking and developing new affiliate relationshipsAcquiring traffic on CPL, CPA basis that best suits our available demandWorking closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursueConducting warm and cold calls to help develop new affiliate relationshipsAnalyzing server logs to help optimize XML campaigns and identify problematic sub-IDsTroubleshooting HTML and JavaScript tags on publisher domainsAuditing new publisher accounts and domains for qualityUnderstanding and negotiating terms for insertion orders/contractsRepresenting the company at industry-related conferences and trade showsMaintaining daily interaction with numerous affiliates via phone, Skype, and emailResponding to support tickets and inquiriesManaging time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a way that will maximize revenue
