We're looking for someone who would join and fit in well for the position «Sales and account manager».
How we see our future colleague:
- fluent German (you need to be able to communicate with both Russian-speaking and German-speaking customers all over the world);
- he/she, of course, must be communicative and easy-going as working on this position is all about communications with a lot of different people;
- he/she must be patient, flexible and creative as he/she might face different situations connected with the customers's mood and human factor;
- experienced in working with people, working in sales (the more skills and practice you have the better your work will be from the very beginning). BUT it does not mean that we will not take you if don't have much experience in sales or customer care services, or even no experience at all.
The responsibilities of our account manager are:
- communicating with the already existing customers over the phone to make sales and up-sales;
- communicating with our customers via chats and emails;
- retention. Building friendly, strong and trustful relationship with each customer;
- helping our customers with any questions they have regarding our product and our company.
