The opportunity

EY TP team provides services in the areas of TP compliance and supply chain design. The nature of our work is a mixture between economic consulting and supply chain advisory seen in the context of both local Ukrainian and global TP rules and regulations.

As a member of EY TP team, you will participate in the execution of different types of engagements ranging from projects on the preparation of local TP documents to multinational projects on implementation of the recent BEPS initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

• Operating with different TP related databases such as BvD Ruslana, BvD Amadeus, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, RoyaltyStat, etc.
• Processing downloads from databases and conducting benchmarking studies
• Conducting industry and market analysis
• Reviewing and analyzing documents and information prepared and provided by the clients

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrating your professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service
• Operating effectively in a regulated environment, with a focus on protecting the capital markets and the investing public

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 1 year work experience in the TP, tax, accounting, banking or other financial consulting and advisory
• University degree in Finance or Mathematic-related subjects (recent graduate)
• Knowledge of tax laws is a big plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian
• IT literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Project and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in TP as an undeniable advantage; and
• Strong analytical skills and feel comfortable with numbers and financial data
