Заместитель контакт-центра (Project Manager)

Our client, a famous international company, world leader in the production and development of digital technologies, telecommunications equipment, household appliances and communication systems, announces a competitive selection for the position: Deputy Contact Center (Project Manager), Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyze current Contact Center processes;
  • Design new innovative customer experience approaches and guide till implementation;
  • Manage key projects from Contact Center improvement plan focused on best customer experience;
  •  Lead projects of remote team management improvement;
  • Liaise between Contact Center and Service dep. to drive leverage of cross-process excellence; 
  • Present proven achievements and deliver results.

Main requirements:

  • High education;
  • Proven analysis and presentation skills; 
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
  • English - Upper-intermediate level, fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
  • Organized, flexible, ability to work under pressure, team player, positive open mind.
