Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to expand our marketing efforts so that more people know about the cool stuff we do.

Our Marketing team delivers feasible, quantitative results and we are looking for someone who will be able to do just that.

And you will own and manage the process of converting the marketing outreach into opportunities and verified leads for our experienced sales team to score. Under your guidance the marketing team will work closely with the sales team to drive the business together.

Required Skills and Experience

• Three or more years of experience as a digital marketer

• Experience of working in b2b segment

• Experience of working with English-speaking market

• English - Upper-Intermediate level

• Experience of managing a team (3 or more specialists)

• Advanced Excel user (formulas, summary tables)

Would be a plus

• Experience in IT Outsourcing

• Experience in DevOps, Big Data

Responsibilities

• Conducting research, audience study, Swot-analysis

• Monitoring, study of competitors

• Testing of marketing hypothesis

• Elaboration of marketing strategy

• Development of marketing materials

• Analyzing the efficiency of the tools used

• Project management, goal setting, planning and resource allocation

• Marketing team management (load planning, efficiency control, backlog formation, hiring, motivation and development). Currently in the team: copywriter, designer, programmer

• Maintaining and controlling the communication process with the customer and other departments

• Marketing budget planning

• Management of marketing channels (Advertising channels, organics, social networks)
