Our Global Staffing Office is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our community of talent experts.

YOU ARE

• Experienced in IT recruiting (with North America, EU, APAC markets preferred)
• Showing previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
• Able to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective in time-management 
• Possessing background of Employer Branding
• Fluent in English

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Promoting our employer brand online and offline
• Maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Supporting the whole staffing process for various requirement in the North America /EU/APAC
• Participating in networking events
• Supporting interviewing process (scheduling conference calls, face2face interviews, etc.)
