Knowledge skill and abilities:
- MS Office, advanced Excel, Word, Power Point
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with big amount of data
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Strong negotiation skills with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, problem solving skills
- Effective time management and ability to determine priorities
- Experience in procurement or similar area – at least 3 years
- Education – Finance, Economics (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Take over responsibility under laboratory, admin, EHS categories;
- Perform regular and project based procurement activities according to internal policies;
- Become a single point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders within defined category;
- Form tender documentation and reports over performed biddings;
- Control and drive supplier selection process, finalize and present the results;
- Maintain and store supplier selection related documents;
- Hold negotiations with suppliers
- Ensure all of the necessary approvals are obtained before commitments are done to external parties as required by internal procedures;
