CRM Business Analyst

We are currently looking for CRM Business Analyst to obtain a position within one of our implementation projects. We are working in large transformation projects for telecom operators, impacting millions of subscribers. The Business Analyst is the customer facing role, who is working on the edge of business communications and technologies, presenting the product to the customer and introducing new requirements to the implementation teams. CRM Business Analyst will work with such processes as customer accounts registration and management, interactions tracking and resolution, contracts management, salesforce automation, partners management, orders entering and submission etc.

What you’ll do 

• Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts for internal and external use, such as: functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, functional design specifications, data model details, user experience related documents.
• Work closely with business stakeholders on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, coordination etc
• Actively collaborate with business consulting, technical implementation teams and QAs to ensure smooth delivery process

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience of business analysis in software development projects
• Experience in CRM or other related domains
• Experience of producing business requirement artifacts including  Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, UI Designs Specifications, Functional and Detailed designs etc
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience of working in Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
