A European company is looking for a human resources manager for remote work from Ukraine. Our company has been on the market for many years and we are planning to expand our team.

Our main specialization is IT specialists of various types.

Requirements:

• Written and spoken English at the Advanced level;
• To be registered as a PE;
• Experience in recruiting and successfully closing;
• Ability to work remotely;
• Experience of working with LinkedIn and other job-posting sites;
• Ability to work independently;
• Possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates in the market of Europe and the CIS;
• Conducting and participating in interviews;
• Posting vacancies and searching for profiles on LinkedIn;
• Maintaining a report on the work performed;
• Conducting negotiations and necessary documentation.

Conditions:

• Remote work, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;
• Work under 12-month contract (with the possibility to extend it);
