Accounts Receivable Manager

Duties

• Monthly review of the domain names for Web  Design customers and update as needed.

• Maintain the Web Design Domains Account 

• Check the Pay Pal account for payments and apply the payments to the correct customer accounts daily. 

• Apply variable billing to customer's accounts monthly. 

• Conduct Monthly Audits of the licenses on customer's accounts and reconcile with the licenses the company's accounts  (cpanel, Plesk, Softaculous, Windows etc.) 

• Daily check the event log in the billing system and take corrective action as necessary. 

• Coordinate with other personnel in the accounting department as needed. 

• Keep the VP of Finance updated on all tasks and issues discovered.

Requirements and Qualifications 

• Highly skilled with computers and the internet 

• Two years of accounting experience minimum 

• Knowledge of general accounting principles 

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Ability to work independently and as a team member 

• Customer service and negotiation skills

 • High School Diploma or GED, Associates, or two-year degree in Accounting preferred
