We are looking for a Design Center Team Lead to work in our Kyiv office.

Responsibilities

• Management of daily operations and reporting
• Evaluate and measure performance of the design team
• Ensure adequate resources in the design center
• Maintain deliverables and milestones
• Communication to other departments, design centers and/or other branch offices

Qualifications

Professional:

• Team management experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good understanding of IT
• Knowledge in designing dental treatments is a plus
• 3D dental software experience is a plus
• Office software knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google apps, etc.)
• Proven track record of demonstrating good management skills
