Junior Finance Analyst

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation Junior Finance Analyst to join Budgeting & Reporting team at Finance & Administration department.

We are looking for young professionals/graduates with a minimum or no experience who will be ready to work temporary till the end of 2021.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly accrual process for overhead costs
• Monitor realization of the actual cost vs budget for overhead costs
• Provide standard, ad hoc and scenario-based analysis for overhead costs
• Escalate material deviations and propose corrective actions to Manager Budget & Reporting
• Prepare presentations during budget cycles in respect of overhead cost performance
• Support Commercial and General & Administration teams during budget cycles and on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
• Confident MS Office user; Fluency in MS Excel is a must
• English - Upper-Intermediate

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Power BI
• Knowledge of IAS, US GAAP
• Excellent communication skills; ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, attentive to details. Eagerness to further develop these skills.
