Backend Developer

UNITED CODE Inc. is a Ukrainian-American company with headquarters in Texas, that helps Engineers from Ukraine to connect with US clients. Currently, we're looking for a Backend Developer to join our ongoing project.

About project:
We are almost 4 successful years at the market.
The product itself is a new technology that provides talent acquisition professionals with a data-driven solution to grow their profit. Product is an employment forecasts system. It helps companies find and forecast talent supply and demand, compare results, and, besides, customized reporting tools that deliver a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
Dedicated team: USA(Dallas, Texas) <—> Ukraine.

 Technical project description:

• Totally serverless;
• Angular for frontend;
• NodeJS for backend;
• AWS amplify for all environments, dynamoDB, and Postgres on Serverless RDS for data services;
• AWS lambdas with node.js for all middleware;
• AWS API services for UI interaction, and we use S3 to serve all application code;
• Cognito for all authentication;
• We use AWS code deployment with AWS lambdas variables for environment configurations;

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial backend development experience;
• 4+ years of experience with NodeJS;
• PostgreSQL or MongoDB ;
• JavaScript;
• Express.js;
• Experience writing documentation/tests;
• Experience working with a wide range of APIs;
• Good speaking and writing English;

Will be a plus (but not required):

• Cloud AWS;
• Serverless projects;
• DynamoDB;
• Cognito;
• AWS lambdas;
• Angular (just as experience, no need coding for the frontend!);
