Project Manager

Trust Sourcing is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. You will lead a team and processes to ensure that all the deliverables meet business objectives and are delivered on time.

Requirements:
? 2-4 years of experience in managing software development projects;
? Experience with qualifying client requests, helping clients turn their ideas into a technical specification;
? Solid communication skills;
? High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
? Experience with Agile/Scrum process. Experience using task tracking systems (Asana, Assembla, Jira);
? Result-driven and self-organized;
? Showing great planning and decision-making skills;
? Professional written and spoken English — at least upper-intermediate;
? Experience in working with BI systems is a MUST (tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities:
? Communication with the client, requirements clarification;
? Defining project objectives, scoping, estimating;
? Creating reports in the Tableau BI system;
? Leading software development team and directing their activities so that the project is run within the constraints of scope and schedule;
? Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues, and risks to the client;
? Defining project requirements, preparing technical documentation;
? Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives;
