Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our team with this expertise:
— Full-cycle IT-recruitment experience — at least 2 years
— Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Proven experience in running end to end recruitment processes for various seniority IT positions
— Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process, and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using innovative methods for attracting candidates
— Ability to work with job descriptions (understand, clarify, propose to make changes, when needed)
— Readiness to face new challenges
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player, and management skills
— Intermediate level of English is a must

Responsibilities
— Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
— Screen candidates resume and job applications
— Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
— Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
— Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement
