IT Researcher/Recruiter

Fulcrum is looking for an It Recruiter with 'an eye for talent'. If you are a Recruitment Jedi that can search, select and inspire amazing candidates for our team — we’d love to chat.

Fulcrum is a people company. This means — our employees are our biggest asset. We need a recruiter who understands our company culture and can translate it to all potential candidates, selecting future members of our team! Here’s what you will do in detail.

Responsibilities:

• Find the best candidates for the opening and close the vacancies
• Search for relevant CVs, that meet the requirements on LinkedIn and other job-seeking platforms (using the direct search or general methods)
• Primary screening of all resumes and holding phone interviews with candidates
• Handle all communication with candidates at the beginning of the hiring process
• Build strong relationships with candidates and keep in touch with all potential prospects
• Build and maintain internal candidates database
• Report on the hiring process

Required Skills:

• Experience working in IT no less than 6 months
• At least pre-Intermediate English language skills
• You know how to perform a direct search for candidates
• Experienced with modern recruitment tools (e.g. X-Ray)
• You have good presentation skills and you know how to communicate well
• You are responsible and hard-working, you also know how to manage your time effectively
• You are pro-active and result-oriented
