We are looking for a System Administrator to manage our office with technical support.
Required skills:
- 1+ years of experience in IT system administration;
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 client administration: install, configure, troubleshoot; install and configure network protocols;
- Will be a + Basic knowledge of Mikrotik ROS;
- Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall;
- Experience VOIP;
- Switching (HPE);
- Linux;
- TCP/IP, NAT ;
- Experience in configuration of network equipment from different manufacturers, such as Cisco, HP;
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking;
- Set up a computer;
- At least an Intermediate level of English both speaking and writing is a must;
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support new colleagues regarding IT cases /PC, laptop, hardware, software;
- Handle network operations, general user support, setup workstation, troubleshooting;
- Solve network problems based on well-defined processes and checklists;
- Effectively plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance;
- Ensure the availability and reliability of the office IT systems;
- Ensure the security of the data and network (backup, disaster recovery, firewall);
- Maintain internal infrastructure, routers, firewalls, security updates;
- Keep an eye out for needed updates;
