N-iX is looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist who will operate at the intersection of HR, Legal and Finance domains.To be successful in this role, the individual in this position will need to possess a high customer service mindset to be able to deliver high quality of operations service, effective communication skills, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion about continuous improvement approach.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and execute employees’ contract management process in the Company
- Arrange the necessary documents signing with new hires before the start date, proceed with joining formalities, complete the joining process in BPM, solve technical issues
- Prepare to the newcomer’s first working day, provide onboarding for newcomers and guide them through the first working day
- Support the administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures including, but not limited to employee relations, contract management, benefits
- Participate in the implementation of new business policies and processes and improvement of the existing ones
- Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures and FAQs
- Evaluate employee relations concerns and determine next steps, including ownership and escalation
- Ensure quality and integrity of all HR data by performing ongoing audits
- Act in compliance to all Company Policies & Procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ of relevant working experience will be an advantage
- Upper Intermediate English
- High customer service mindset
