Newxel is an IT Staffing provider that helps to connect business with talented developers in Ukraine.

The Resume will be considered only with the written task:

1. Describe your latest travel experience in Ukrainian or Russian, 600-800 symbols
2. Describe “Аквафор” company, so the reader would like to work there, in English, 200 symbols limit ( https://aquaphor.com/uk-ua )

Required skills:

• charismatic, energetic, and with a desire to develop as IT Recruiter
• a background and knowledge of recruiting would be great but is not essential
• thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change
• at least Intermediate English
• ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• actively source candidates using different channels
• review profiles and screen CVs according to vacancies requirements
• initial contact and communicate with candidates on a daily basis
• generate active candidates pipelines
• market research
