YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Execute procurement strategy
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of necessary goods and services (indirect materials and services)
• Initiate projects of processes optimization and improvement
• Researches new products and services to meet company's goals
• Prepare and evaluate of proposals, tenders, conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders, administer supplier contracts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Analyze market and source of reliable partners
• Achieve KPI's: cost, cash, balance control, supplier audit and evaluation, risk management
• Adhere to the procurement department's policies and procedures

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement of indirect materials and services. Experience in Pharmaceutical Sector will be a plus
• Knowledge of 1C and / or SAP
• Analytical set of mind
• Contract management and strategic sourcing skills
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
