Lead Generation Manager

Requirements:

• English — upper-intermediate. Flawless communication skills, both written and oral;
•  Ability to overcome objections, listen, and ask key questions to determine clients' needs;
• Willingness to take on challenges, self-motivation, results-driven, positive and professional attitude;
• Attention to details;
• Analytical thinking.

Will be plus:

• Experience in lead generation in IT;
• Sufficient competence in German for negotiations and document translation.

Responsibilities: 

• Research the pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets, campaigns;
• Initiate the first contact with potential clients;
• Communicate with potential clients until further transfer to sales development representative;
• Proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels.
