Requirements:
Around 6 months of relevant experience;
Knowledge of possible sourcing channels and methods for recruitment;
Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
English — Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search and possible sourcing channels for recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Apply modern sourcing techniques and right channels to find the right candidate;
Reviewing resumes and pre-screening of candidates;
Contact potential candidates;
Communicate with the Recruitment team;
Work with the internal database and CRM program;
Be involved into market investigation/research.
