Customer Service Representative

We are an international E-Commerce company working in 10 countries already owning multiple online brands in each country. Currently we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, this is a remote full time position with flexible working hours:

Requirements:
- Strong English skills;
- You have 1+ years experience in customer service;
- You have experience in e-commerce;
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Zoho desk would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Support customers by answering emails and social media requests;
- Process orders.
