Main Responsibilities:
- Participating in the full lifecycle of IT recruitment process including searching and pre-screening candidates;
- Processing applications and scouting candidates (passive & active job seekers);
- CV screening according to vacancies requirements;
- Interviewing candidates;
- Reporting about the results of the process.
What we are expecting from a candidate:
- Basic experience or desire to start a carrier in this field;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with multiple openings at the same moment to meet deadlines;
- Intermediate English or better;
- Implementing hiring activities in a standard and accurate way.
