Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning&Analysis Analyst in our Finance Department to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Responsibilities:

• In-depth analysis of financial results and operational efficiency of the structural unit at the level of key operating and financial drivers;
• Analysis of the financial statements of the structural unit (financial condition, financial results, and cash flows);
• Analysis of deviations of actual results from the budget and forecast. Identification of factors (causes) of deviations and preparation of an analytical commentary for the management;
• Budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting;
• Data visualization on a dashboard and preparation of MD&A comments for the Group's management in a standardized monthly format;
• Communication of analytical findings with top-management

Requirements:

• 3+ years related experience in financial planning and analysis;

• Analytical and financial modeling skills;

• BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;

• Excellent Excel (VBA), Google Sheets (Scripts) will be an advantage;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Keen attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work;

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask, and handle a variety of projects;

• Capital budgeting and project management experiences.
