 ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco looking for a Content Manager in Ukraine who will manage inhouse team & third party suppliers to deliver communications calendar assets development and distribution for Paid, Owned & Earned digital channels and brand equity partnerships in line with the Brand marketing strategy and global guidelines.

Reports to: Senior Digital Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Brand building initiatives management

• Define scope, suppliers and performance indicators as per brief
• Coordinate allocated budget within planned performance & timings

Partnerships & co-creation projects management

• Adapt global campaigns and concepts to deliver global ambition
• Proactively search and negotiate local partnership/sponsorship opportunities to elaborate on local relevant brand territories and topics

Communications calendar

• Define relevant content topic and orchestrate brand messages across various communication channels and audiences
• Curate content production for Awareness, Engagement and Retention of the audience for digital touchpoints (display, social media, ecom, direct comms etc.)

Content marketing

• Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Deep understanding of marketing and consumer/partners engagement
• 7+ years of relevant experience 
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Presentation skills to show results and work to senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills to build, manage and solve problems
• Advanced skills in team management (creative, media, production)
• Bachelor/Master’s degree (preferable in marketing or relevant)
• Excellent English language verbal and writing skills
